Favourite quote … Anna and Winter talking, Anna tells Winter “Books take too much of a commitment. You know how I am about making commitments.”
I have to admit I never thought of reading a book as a commitment.
Did the plot pull you in or did you feel you had to force yourself to read the book? The author grabs readers' attention from the beginning with Anna waking up in a hotel bed and does not remember who is sleeping beside her. No, this was not a forced read.
How realistic was the characterization? Did the actions of the characters seem plausible? I once had a college roommate similar in appearance to Winter. She said it was Goth. Don’t really know if she was interested in Wicca.
Disclosure: I received a review copy of this book from the author.
